 Students may request a full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) if cancellation is made at least 5 business days before the course start date. If a request is made less than 5 days before the first class, a 50% refund may be granted at our discretion.

We encourage students to carefully consider their schedules and commitment before enrolling. In the event that The Sweetspot Couture cancels a course, students will receive a full refund.

  • Step 1: Filing an Appeal: The student must submit a written appeal to the disciplinary liason Donnean Bolds, Dean of the School, Academic Review Committee]within e.g., 10business days of receiving the decision. The appeal must state the grounds for the appeal (e.g., new evidence, procedural error).
  • Step 2: Appeal Review: The Donnean Bolds will review the original grievance, the investigation report, the decision, and the appeal. They may choose to conduct further investigation if necessary.
  • Step 3: Final Decision: Donnean Bolds will issue a final written decision within e.g., 15 business days of receiving the appeal. This decision is final and binding.
